  I used Wee Scot Lass Mask 169
  You can get it for free here: WSL  I also used Butterfly Flutterby Mask 01

  You can use Font of choie

1. Open your tube and duplicate it. Then close the original.
2. Open a new image 500 x 500 and flood fill it with the color
of your choice.
3. Go to Layers/Load/Save Mask/Load mask from disk. Find your mask
butterflyflutterby01.
4. Go to your layer palette and merge group.
5. Go Image/Rotate/Free Rotate left 25.
6. Change the visibility to 48.
7. Add a new layer and flood fill  with the same color.
8. Then go Layers/Load/Save Mask/Load mask from disk. Find your
WSL_mask 169.
9.  Go to your layer palette and merge group.
10. Copy and paste your tube and place it where you want it.
11. Dont forget to add your drop shadows.
12. Add your text and name of choice.
13. Dont forget to add your copyright info.
14. Merge visible and resize and save.
